

Gwendolyn L. Adrian is an accomplished, experienced litigator. She represents businesses, organizations and individuals in resolving legal disputes on their behalf.
Gwendolyn has acted on a wide variety of commercial and business disputes including contractual, shareholder and property disputes.
Gwendolyn has worked hard to successfully ensure that estate beneficiaries receive their rightful inheritance and to prevent estate trustees from depleting estate resources. Gwendolyn also acts for estate trustees guiding them through litigation and potential litigation faced by estates.
In addition to prosecuting claims relating to violations of the Ontario Securities Act, Gwendolyn has defended clients against allegations of fraud and misrepresentation relating to the investment industry. Gwendolyn also acts to defend clients against claims of professional malpractice.
